About Us
In Venezuelan
Oil Holocaust, our Mission is to honor the memory,
dignity, and rights of Venezuelan workers who were unjustly affected during the
oil strike of 2002-2003, an episode that deeply marked the
country's economic and social history.
Our Vision is to be a national and international reference in
the defense of labor and human rights of Venezuelan workers, achieving the
moral, social, and economic restitution of all the victims of the Oil
Holocaust.
We are committed to the creation and strengthening of a Fair
Compensation Fund, designed to provide moral, social, and economic
reparation to thousands of families who lost their stability, their
jobs, and their future as a consequence of those events.
Our work is based on three fundamental pillars:
1.
Justice and Transparency: we promote clear, ethical, and verifiable legal processes
that ensure each affected individual receives what is due to them.
2.
Unity and Participation: we believe in the power of collective organization and
in the voice of each worker as an essential part of change.
3.
Hope and Reconstruction: we seek to not only compensate for the losses of the past but
also to rebuild the social and moral fabric of Venezuelan families who were
victims of the so-called Oil Holocaust.
Venezuelan Oil Holocaust promotes coordinated and solidarity action
among professionals, institutions, and communities, joining efforts both inside
and outside the country to achieve fair and sustainable solutions. We work
with integrity, rigor, and commitment, convinced that truth
and justice are the foundations of real reparation.
In Venezuelan Oil Holocaust, we not only fight for economic
compensation but for the vindication of the truth and justice that
these families deserve. Because every worker has the right to be heard, and
every injustice deserves reparation.
